Community Integration Program
Our trained staff provides daily instructions to enhance community integration by providing opportunities to learn personal safety, mobility, communication, socialization, and vocational options. Money management, recreational activities, and how to access available resources.

We believe each individual in our program possesses a unique potential; a potential to create, grow, learn, and adapt.

Our program provides each individual with opportunities in self advancement and community integration. As well as hobby development and community experiences.
​
Individuals visit several different places with emphasis on exploring the community such as; libraries, gyms, cultural centers, museums, ranches, and other places of interest.
​
Individuals also participate in a variety of craft, skill, communication, and conflict resolution activities.

Pre-Employment Vocational Program
We teach each individual to access community resources to identify places of employment. We prepare individuals by providing job training that includes: Communication techniques, Practice employment duties and emphasizing appropriate workplace behaviors. We teach individuals at volunteer sites as well as in competitive settings.

The Employment program also allows the individual to be paid in the process. Our program supports individuals in gaining the skills needed to find employment, help individuals to successfully maintain future employment and volunteerism positions.

Individuals have the opportunity to work and volunteer in several different settings and professions, such as: carpet cleaning, car washing and detailing, housekeeping, and as a ranch hand working with animals and the up-keep of a ranch.
